• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

DropKit offers Free, Pro, and Director subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial months, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Share account credentials or abuse subscription limits
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack DropKit
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy content
• Upload malicious code or spam the platform
• Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to DropKit. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and store your content as necessary to provide our services. DropKit and its original features, code, and branding are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content suggestions are provided as creative tools and inspiration. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring any AI-generated content meets your standards before publication. DropKit makes no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or originality of AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. DropKit may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss, though we implement regular backups and security measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

DropKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your access to DropKit will cease, though you may export your data before closing your account.
